We are seeking a dedicated Welcome Center Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. As the initial point of contact, youll greet guests warmly, check them in, and verify package details. Additionally, youll offer valuable insights about the Branson area and provide personalized recommendations for shows, attractions, lodging, and more.

Essential Job Functions

Provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.

Check guests in efficiently, verifying package details accurately.

Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions about the Branson area and providing tailored recommendations.

Process transactions with precision, including credit card and cash transactions.

Actively promote and sell shows, attractions, lodging, and other accommodations to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Excellent customer service skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
