Job Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Billing, Payment, and Collections, The Head of DISH Billing Operations will be empowered to shape and manage day-to-day back-office operations and the customer billing experience. This leader will help to develop and support strategies that optimize the efficiency of back-office operational support for multiple lines of DISH businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams overseeing all facets of the consumer billing experience for all EchoStar brands (DISH, Sling, Boost)

Develop procedures to process customer billing

Manage policies supporting customer offers

Support departmental budgets related to billing

Collaborate with our technical partners to make improvements to the various billing systems

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Experience leading projects and initiatives efficiently and effectively

Knowledge of the elements of payment and billing events or trends

Familiarity with payment and billing regulatory reporting and compliance

Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data or large amounts of information accurately and taking action confidently

Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences

Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $127,050.00/Year – $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
