Hiring Welder/Fabricators in Henderson, CO

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator who will be responsible for various types of welding, fabrication, and assembly according to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM

occasional overtime on Fridays

Job Description:

The role involves positioning pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools as per specifications.

The successful candidate will showcase a strong commitment to safety and quality, and will be open to performing all shop and fabrication duties.

The majority of the workday will be spent on welding, with additional tasks including grinding, prep, layout, touch-up paint, and bracketing.

The role also involves reading blueprints and piping diagrams, operating hand tools efficiently, and cutting and threading pipe.

Qualifications:

MIG welding experience and knowledge (plate welding)

Blueprint reading and fabrication off of prints

Operation and efficient use of hand tools

Cutting and threading pipe

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Ability to work in a team

Adaptability to varying tasks

Work Environment:

Our working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm.

However, there will likely be a change to 5 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday starting mid-July when work picks up.
