Responsibilities

– Demonstrate expertise in your trade profession and a solid
understanding of OSHA regulations within the construction domain
– Analyze and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and project
scopes, ensuring comprehensive understanding
– Develop a weekly 3-week lookahead schedule, effectively allocating
manpower resources, and liaise with project management and
Superintendents for seamless coordination
– Collaborate closely with the General Foreman and/or Superintendent
to address manpower requirements
– Maintain regular communication with the General Foreman, Project
Managers/Project Engineers, and General Contractors on a daily basis
– Proficiently conduct complete 90% takeoffs from blueprints and
coordinate all startup activities well in advance
– Oversee and manage subcontractors in tandem with CSUSW SW General
Foreman
– Uphold and enforce company policies and safety procedures rigorously
– Mentor and guide journeymen and apprentices, fostering their
professional growth
– Conduct daily quality inspections to ensure adherence to
specifications, codes, and contractual obligations
