A New Building in San Luis Obispo is looking for Food Service Workers. Cooks, Dish Washers and General Workers to join the team! Thi s is a long term opportunity.

Job Description

Prepare high-quality food items based on standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.

Ensure correct portioning, adherence to quality standards, and attractive presentation.

Taste all prepared food items to maintain quality.

Use established ticket collection procedures during service.

Maintain records from the area worked during service periods.

Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures.

Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.

Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.

Participate in ordering and receiving food and supplies.

Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly.

Attend safety meetings and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.

Perform job duties safely while ensuring a clean work environment.

Skills :

Pay is depending on experience

1st shift: 10am – 6:30pm
