This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, Chicago or Omaha.

The GTM Enablement COE PMO is a central organization consisting of program managers, project coordinators and business analysts that support all GTM Enablement lines of businesses toward strategic planning, operational execution, continuous improvement, and value realization of global as well as regional programs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate internally across GTM Enablement to build positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrate problem resolution skills
Build network across LinkedIn and build Subject Matter Expertise reputation
Apply change management plans and conduct oversight of plan progress
Role-models LinkedIn C&V elements, inspiring own team and key stakeholders
Proactively develops career plan
Helps new team members to onboard (processes, analysis tools)
Invests in meaningful relationships across project team to increase productivity
Provide regular status updates to management and cross team stakeholders
Actively seek diverse perspectives through DIBS lens and integrate findings
Identify opportunities to support vision within GTM Enablement and cross-functional partners
Take calculated risks to execute vision in new ways
Leverage Across Team and GTM Enablement
Identify and promote process improvements across multiple projects within GTM Enablement
Ensure the right tools are sustainable and adopted across workstreams
Leverage Across Cross-Functional Partners
Leverage insights to create and galvanize others resources to enable impact
Advocate impact of resources and best practices
Leverage Across Business Function
Exercise a keen eye for what will and will not scale, proactively vetting and suggesting ways to drive improved scale
Executing against surfacing consistent impact examples, ensuring a scaled output to sharing wins
Planning & Process Excellence
Build clear project briefs and plans of low complexity, identifying scope, success, dependencies and roles/responsibilities that align to identified problems
Gather and document the process for project requirements with clear tools dashboard
Apply project methodology and structures for project management through Airtable
Deliver program results and interpret program performance data
Achieve operational excellence targets set by project team
Ensure actions and goals are consistently aligned to team and broader GTM Enablement priorities
Reflect regularly and accurately on progress and gaps towards OKR goals
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2 years of program coordination/ project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Creativity in problem solving and solution recommendation
Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
Detail-oriented approach in documenting project progress and driving accountability with stakeholdersExperience using learning management system Cornerstone
Familiarity with the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business & sales functions
Experience with Airtable or other project management tools

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $72,000 to $118,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
