Truck Driver

SUMMARY: The CDL Driver will be responsible for transportation and
delivery of products to customers over an established route.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Driver is responsible for safe and efficient operation
of the tractor trailer while transporting and delivering refrigerated
product to customers place of business Must complete all pre and post
trip inspection reports as required Maintain cleanliness of inside of
vehicle (cab and box) and perform routine maintenance on the vehicle
Note any discrepancies and problems on the Driver Discrepancy Report.
Listen to and document service complaints and to provide report to
supervisor Return with any rejected or unsold merchandise as authorized
on the Credit Slip Obtain customer signature on receipt as proof of
delivery or pickup of products Ensure compliance with all Kayem and DOT
policies, procedures and regulations Complete other duties as assigned
or requested REQUIREMENTS: Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver?s
License and medical card required Minimum 1 years of commercial driving
experience preferred Must have a clean driver?s record for the past 5
years. (No accidents No citations) Must be fluent in English, have good
mathematical skills, able to read road maps and follow directions Must
be flexible with hours and scheduled workdays Have the ability to lift
