Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to take on a leadership role within our rapidly growing Salesforce Practice. This position is a combination of hands-on technical work and strategic leadership, guiding other Salesforce professionals to maintain technical excellence and develop best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for working on multiple projects, designing robust solutions, and integrating Salesforce with various tools and applications. You will also contribute to the establishment of performance standards and oversee the quality of Salesforce development across projects. As a subject matter expert, youll be hands-on in coding and will mentor other senior developers and architects, ensuring the teams continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Salesforce best practices to ensure they meet industry standards.

Evaluate, audit, and provide technical reviews of Salesforce projects.

Oversee and support multiple Salesforce implementations, identifying and resolving integration challenges.

Collaborate with technical and executive leadership to expand the Salesforce Practice.

Establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Copado.

Design solutions utilizing a mix of custom and out-of-the-box Salesforce features.

Provide technical leadership for design and architecture, including network and user/data flow diagrams.

Mentor senior developers and architects to promote a culture of technical excellence.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status, with U.S. residency for 3 out of the last 5 years.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

10 years of relevant experience.

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Application Architect certifications.

Expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.

Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, and using DevSecOps tools like Copado, SonarQube, or Checkmarx.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce integrations, including Heroku and middleware tools like MuleSoft.

Previous experience in Government contracting.

Knowledge of Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP).

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance.
