As a Senior Associate, Product Management (Property), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management (Property), you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Contribute to the Hilton Digital roadmap as it relates to portions of the digital property experience
Define and present new product concepts to technical and non-technical partners
Write top-notch requirements, and work with your delivery pod to build and bring concepts to life for our customers
Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that make the most impact
Define the products success metrics, analyze/present data post-launch, and quickly act on trends

How you will collaborate with others:

Build trusted working relationships across Hilton, including working with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams

What projects you will take ownership of:

Identify and build new features that improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our website
Define and prioritize customer experience features by working with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics

WHY YOULL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Three (3) years of professional work experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field
Experience writing customer-centric user stories for web or mobile applications
Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation
Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Reporting suite
This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
Five (5) years of professional work experience in in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field
Experience using research to help craft a product roadmap
eCommerce product experience
Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
