Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to execute projects effectively.

Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools.

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production and facility equipment and machinery.

Implement strategies to improve quality and productivity.

Coordinate with design engineering and manufacturing teams on product launch activities.

Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines.

Develop operational budgets and control costs within budget.

Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and systems to improve processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range:

$70,500.00 – $126,500.00
