Our Early Career Development Program lets you build on your current knowledge base and develop new skills for a future that is interesting, relevant and rewarding. The training curriculum offered to new Early Career Development Program participants continues beyond your first month, and even your first year. The robust curriculum includes sales projects, self-study models, on-the-job mentoring, agronomic training, and formal classroom training spanning over five weeks. The objective of the program is to provide our new hires with the information, tools and network necessary to succeed in their career with Corteva.
Areas of Opportunity:
Marketing Communications: Manage marketing campaigns from conception through execution. This position requires excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Data Analyst: Responsible for providing data and process support to the demand planning (S&OP) and demand execution (S&OE) teams and processes
Sales Excellence: This role will focus on embedding the individual into important elements of the NA Sales Excellence team and associated interactions with the commercial business. Specifically, managing a broad content portfolio and all pre and post communications for a series of training events for sales employees and sales reps throughout North America.
Sales Support: Responsible for supporting sales providers and field sales employees within a Commercial Unit in order to perform tasks necessary for the following: product allocation, demand planning, logistics and distribution, in-season supply, and account administration while maintaining the detailed knowledge of systems and programs to insure timely and efficient supply support to the field.
Qualifications
Qualifications – What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, sales, business, or a related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 Ability to relocate to Johnston, IA or Indianapolis, IN
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage project tasks, timelines, and documentation.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in project documentation, quality control, and monitoring.
Creativity: Using creativity to spark interest and engagement.
Reporting: Capability to create and present project status reports and updates. Proficiency with MS Excel.
Administrative Skills: Handling administrative tasks related to project coordination.
Team Collaboration: Skills to facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts when necessary.
