Job Description:
Value Analysis Team (VAT) Program Coordinator is pivotal enterprise role that serves as the operational coordinator for our Value Analysis Teams (VATs) across the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes, helping champion change management, and drive value to the organization. This position demands strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
Key Job Duties:
VAT Meeting Support:
Schedule and coordinate VAT meetings, ensuring timely communication and organization.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take comprehensive meeting notes, and manage follow-ups.
Coordinate content for presentations, ensuring alignment with meeting objectives and VAT process.
Ensure project material to be presented is complete based on pre-established criteria
VAT KPI/Goal Process Support:
Facilitate the annual development of VAT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for each VAT and alignment of those metrics across all the VATs.
Track and monitor performance progress, providing regular updates and reports.
Ensure alignment and coordination of VAT activities with strategic objectives.
Coordination of VAT Content and Interactions:
Act as a liaison between different VATs, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.
Coordinate and compile content for report-outs to the steering committee and executive sponsors including supporting the development of presentation materials.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge across VATs to drive continuous improvement.
Support Internal and External Communication:
Support the execution of communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Facilitate internal communications within the Supply Chain department and across the organization.
Support external communication efforts, including vendor interactions.
Develop and maintain VAT program material on internal and external databases
Support the VAT Process:
Support adherence to the VAT process, ensuring alignment to process steps and adherence to content criteria checklists.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to VAT members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Develop VAT education materials for new members stakeholders impacted by VAT’s work including ongoing VAT related education.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a healthcare supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree
Certification in supply chain management and/or project management
Knowledge of value analysis processes and supply chain management principles is highly desirable.
Skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to create presentations from defined content
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and projects

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$29.66 – $46.72
