Job Description

The Service Literature Specialist coordinates the production and customer order literature requirements. Meeting time constraints with a high degree of accuracy, this role significantly impacts our inventory control records.

Process customer orders, including assembly, packaging, and shipping.

Expedite production literature requirements per production schedule, including identification of requirements per product specification.

Assemble Sales Catalogs and Dealer Kits.

Accurately perform inventory control transactions to add, move, and subtract inventory from stock. Maintain positively accurate inventories. Exercise vigilance in anticipating literature inventory shortages and discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP inventory. Investigate the variances and notify inventory management personnel as needed.

Receive daily literature inventory into stock and place them into their locations.

Control and locate service literature.

Skills and Qualifications Required

2 years of manufacturing experience (customer service, administrative, etc.)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to follow policies and procedures

Ability to left 40 lbs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kohler, Wisconsin.
