Mold Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Ensure that items are high quality
and meet all requirements of customer specifications Process control in
all aspects of the expanding and molding process to improve quality,
control density, and reduce off-fall Drive daily improvements in
manufacturing efficiency Youll provide value by continually working on
the molding process to improve quality, reduce costs, and create
sustainable molding processes You will be focused on driving
efficiencies in all aspects of the molding process Maintain a safe work
cell and environment Follow the expanding and molding process recipes
and make minor adjustments to maintain the quality standards of the
products being manufactured Improve Quality of Products molded through
improvements to the molding process Partner with the quality techs to
modify recipes to improve density control and fusion levels Warehousing
of billets and proper inventory control APPLICATION
