Responsibilities: -Maintain and repair all production and plant
equipment -Conduct line and equipment changeovers -Implement scheduled
preventive maintenance tasks -Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
during production -Encourage teamwork through communication,
brainstorming, leveraging experience, and mutual learning
