Job Duties:

Monitoring Phones (answering calls, forwarding, paging, transferring)

Monitoring Cameras (reporting suspicious activity)

Complete Interior tours including multiple flights of stairs (Complete multiple tours inside the facility checking points and reporting deficiencies)

Complete exterior tours including in good and poor weather conditions (complete multiple tours outside the facility checking points and reporting deficiencies)

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or GED Required

Basic computer / technology skills needed

Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

Customer service background preferred

Strong work history required

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
