Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a financial strategic thinker that possesses insight to support organizational growth. The FP&A Manager is responsible for completing and overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis along with the direct oversight of the revenue recognition processes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working cross functionally at all levels within an organization and have a track record of driving process improvements.

What You Will Do

Prepares and distributes monthly/quarterly financial reports with operating results.

Partners with leaders across the company to contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Lead the monthly POC meetings, attend weekly updates and be able to translate that information into forecasts with summations to provide an understanding of the driving factors for any changes.

Identify, quantify and qualify risks and opportunities to the Annual operating plan (AOP) and various forecasts.

Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.

Develop ad-hoc reporting to support current and future business initiatives and requirements.

Every employee is expected to support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Procedures.

What You Have to Offer

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, experience in manufacturing environment highly preferred

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, management reporting

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Epicor Kinetic and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
