Life. What youll be doing… The Network Performance Associate
Director is accountable for the network reliability and performance of a
number of Service and Transport Aggregation Points (SAP/TAPs) to
guarantee the best customer experience in the market. This position
requires organizing and ensuring plans for the timely installation of
SAP/TAP hardware, transport facilities, translations and systems
software upgrades, along with a focus on performance of the local
wireless network. Equipment that this position is responsible for
includes but is not limited to Routers, IP switches, CDMA switch & Radio
Access Network (RAN) equipment, optical transport systems and voicemail
systems. This team is also responsible for supporting the RAN projects
from a transport perspective. You are also responsible for the building
in its entirety, including the reliability of the HVAC, power delivery
systems and maintenance of the building(s). This position leads a group
of Systems Engineers dispersed across multiple locations. This role
includes the training and continued development of that workforce along
with organizing and scheduling the resources necessary to support a
broad range of network elements and disciplines. Developing the team in
preparation for their next position whether it includes the maintenance
and operation of next generation networking or progression into
peripheral roles within System Assurance. Managing the operation and
maintenance of all technologies necessary to expand and evolve the
network to meet customer demand for new and improved service offerings,
