In the role of the Home Equity Closer I, you will be responsible for reviewing every approved Home Equity application for completeness and accuracy in a timly manner. You will thrive in this role through your attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask. While completing quality control reviews, you will be responsible for examining property title reports, gathering closing conditions, and managing and monitoring a closing calendar. You will be expected to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers. Primary responsibilities

Ensures the accuracy of all approved Home Equity line of credit applications

Prepares Home Equity line of credit closing documentation

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Ability to follow directions, multitask and work independently

Ability to readily adapt in a fast pace ever changing work environment

Advanced typing and strong computer skills – including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work in team environment to meet goals set forth

Requires ability to navigate a data entry system or other relevant applications

Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Home Equity products

Effective interpersonal stills, must be a team player as you will interact with various colleagues across the Home Equity department

Ability to work additional hours as needed

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm
