The Associate Principal IoT Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for in designing, implementing, and maintaining IoT solutions that enhance connectivity and automation across our systems.
This position is part of the Automation, Digital, and Learning department will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Assist in the design and development of Cytiva assets to improve system connectivity, data acquisition, and process automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop scalable IoT architectures.
Integrate out IoT offering with existing automation systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
Work with Rockwell, Emerson, Unicorn, and Siemens-based systems to achieve optimal integration and performance.
Ensure robust and secure connectivity between IoT devices, cloud platforms, and on-premise systems.
Implement and manage networking protocols and standards to support IoT solutions.
Who you are:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a minimum of 8 years of experience in IoT engineering, automation engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, protocols, and standards
Proficiency with Rockwell, Emerson, Unicorn, and Siemens-based systems.
Experience with networking and connectivity solutions, including cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Cytiva products and their applications in the life sciences industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 110,000 – 155,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
