The Role
The Lead Process Analyst (LPA) is an integral member of the Commercial Experience team responsible for leading efforts focused on improving the experience for our Sales and Customer Success organizations. The LPA leads process optimization, process automation, systems/tools implementations, and system enhancement projects across the Commercial Experience ecosystem. This includes critical and high-visibility programs that are typically top initiatives and have large budget impacts.

The Main Responsibilities
Lead complex business and/or technical initiatives at the program or project level.
Identify, analyze, develop, document, and implement complex projects and new product initiatives targeted to increase efficiency or revenue
Identify process improvement opportunities and related training and communication needs
Consult with management on process project management and improvement opportunities.
Follow a change management methodology for implementing process improvements. Ensure operational readiness in go-to-market launches, including coordinating with corporate teams on the implementation of new products, services, and processes.
Provide strong support for the overall management of the impacted business units quality tools and techniques.
Gather business requirements and work with IT and other development teams for implementation.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years related experience.
Work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and schedule multiple projects to accommodate rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to create reporting mechanisms and processes that help leaders quickly identify and address business challenges.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Written skills include demonstrated ability to create and modify process documents and flows, work instruction documents, and other documents distributed to a wide audience.
Ability to solve complex analytical challenges, independently analyze information, and make recommendations based on analysis. Present recommendations to the leadership team.
Fluent in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Power Suite.
Proven collaborative skills in reaching a team approach to accomplishing work.
Proven ability to work in a customer-obsessed organization.
Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills.
Ability to motivate others, use good teamwork skills, including the development of interdepartmental relationships, and the ability to make complex decisions.
Demonstrates high personal work standards.
Embraces change, inspires trust, communicates in all directions, and is a continuous learner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma belt.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Agile Scrum@Scale or Product Owner.
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employees primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individuals qualifications.

$84,740 – $112,980 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$88,980 – $118,630 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$93,210 – $124,280 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety thats based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
