Core Experience:

Leadership/managerial/supervisory experience required

QA experience preferred

6 months of clerical/office/admin/customer service experience

Strong communication and data entry skills

Computer knowledge: outlook, excel and word (Will be tested on data & typing skills)

HS Diploma or GED degree

Must have less than one hour commute

Job Overview:

Main responsibilities are quality assurance, data entry, and entering information into spreadsheets

Heavy use of BASIC excel

Resolve issues that arise during data processing or other workflows

Assisting in reviewing, processing, and maintaining a recording of all incoming claims.

Legal document processing (including claims and ballot processing)

Resolve issues that arise during data processing or other workflows

Additional Details:

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Sunset Park)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6PM

Duration open ended contract (You will be contracted through my agency, TEKsystems and paid weekly. Benefits also provided)
