ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic self-starter or individual to work within a team setting with experience in Operations Security (OPSEC) with expertise in the following Information Warfare subject areas

The contractor shall:
Assist the Naval OPSEC support Team (NOST)in providing OPSEC support throughout the services per Department of Defense Directive and department of the Navy Policy;
Maintain and instruct the Navy OPSEC Officer certification course (CIN: J-2G-0966). Update curriculum as required in order to provide fleet OPSEC Officers with the most relevant and up to date curriculum based on ongoing trends and technology:
Deliver the OPSEC course to assigned OPSEC Officer, and pre-deployment, all hands, command and family readiness group briefs as part of certification and awareness training;
Develop and deliver OPSEC awareness briefs supporting pre-deployment, all hands, command and family readiness groups;
Respond to all fleet requests for information (RFI) and inquiries using the NOST Microsoft outlook collective email accounts on both unclassified and classified networks;
Maintain knowledge of NAVIFOR’s mission, functions and task (MF&T); procedures and regulations pertaining to safeguarding and storing sensitive materials;
Conduct afloat and ashore OPSEC internal and external assessments and command assist visits throughout the Navy;
Provide guidance to OPSEC planners, Officers, Public Affairs Officers and Webmasters as required in order to enact measures to protect command critical information as identified during the assessment process;
Conduct Inspector General (IG) inspections in support of Fleet Cyber Command (FFC) and NAVIFOR operational readiness command inspections;
Requirements :
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience with OPSEC program management or OPSEC/Information operations planning; Threat assessment analysis; OPSEC or other security or mission assurance Assessment/Inspection Methodologies; Instructor/Facilitator ; Course management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and seven years of experience. In lieu of education, Fifteen or more years of information Warfare-related in the Department of Defense or other federal agency may be substituted.
Certifications: None
Security Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance required.
Other: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office/data automation tools is required.
