JANUS Research Groupis seeking a Property Book Instructor at the Army National Guard Professional Education Center located in North Little Rock, AR.

– The ARNG Property Book Accounting Supply Course is a two-week resident course that provides
hands-on training designed to enhance the knowledge and job performance of PBOs, Team Chiefs, Property Book NCOs, and Property Book Clerks at Battalion or higher command echelons.
– Course instruction and training focus is applied to
utilize current regulatory guidance and automation assets to establish and maintain property book accounts, perform property book transactions, and validate property book reports and inventories. utilizing the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
– Throughout the duration of the class, students will develop professionally by drawing on the instructors experiences, and the experiences of peers, to shape and share best practices that learners can utilize in their organization.
– Knowledge requirements – Command Supply Discipline Program, utilize authorization documents to support property requisitions, disposal, and accountability using GCSS-A, establish and maintain proper accountability of assigned and organizational property, submit and manage requisitions to ensure the organization is properly and fully equipped.

– Required experience/Skills:
– Ability to obtain instructor certification
– Five years experience as a Property Book NCO or Officer
– Strong communication skills (oral and writing)
– US Citizenship
– Secret Clearance
– Nice to Have:
– Five years of GCSS-Army experience
– FMSWeb
– Decision Support Tool (DST)
