The RF Sensor (RFS) Product Center is a Strategic Initiative and is developing advanced RFS solutions, focused on commonality, affordability, and producibility, and is critical to achieving long term strategic vision to our customers. F&BO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to support our RF Sensor Product Center team and drive financial performance to this Strategic initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, earned value management, estimating and program finance. This is a high-visibility program, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial performance of the RF Sensor Product Sensor team. What You Will Be Doing
-Consolidating financials across Business Areas and providing a comprehensive view of financial performance
-Developing and managing budgets for multiple programs within the Product Center and tracking all Programmatic funding requirements
-Providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership
-Managing and tracking Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation of tailored program performance in accordance with CPS-026
-Developing and managing business cases for new initiatives
-Providing guidance in funding forecasts and variance analysis, leading the monthly submittal of EPRS
-Assist with proposal development and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) as needed
-Preparing and presenting Executive Proposal Panels (EPPs) reviews and conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-Coordination of monthly diagnostics and preparation of presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly and monthly basis
For a level 3, we typically require 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
