Support Analyst – IT Field Services

Job Description

This candidate will be Providing IT support within a corporate environment in Orlando, FL — handling IT tickets within the ticketing systems queue, software/hardware installations, and computer refreshes. This role will be working Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, on-site in Orlando, FL. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for level 2 hands-on support, thereby troubleshooting desktop/laptop machines, printers and applications, as well as providing network connectivity support. The hourly range for this individual will be $25-30.

Skills and Requirements

· Ability to troubleshoot desktop and laptop machines and applications

· Knowledgeable about network connectivity and software

· Strong experience with troubleshooting pc, network, and printers

· Previous experience with ticketing systems

· Excellent customer service experience

Strong soft skills (communication and ability to work well with a team) null
