Ability to work in office and commutable to Dublin, OH, 43017

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience

salary: $28.33 – $28.34 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing Leave of Absence requests correctly, timely and legally compliant

Resolves client issues, concerns and inquires

Fully dcouments all cases in case management application

Escalates client service issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager as necessary
