Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Technology Learning & Development is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of technical learning programs for the Technology function. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, vendor selection, curriculum development, learning deployment and management of Learning Management System, LMS. This role will also work closely with Tech leaders to ensure alignment of Tech goals and objectives with learning initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with Tech learning leader, functional leaders, chiefs of staff, subject matter experts and others to conduct needs assessment and prioritize learning needs throughout the technology function.
Lead strategy, design, scheduling, execution and reporting for Technologys technical learning programs, including eLearning, microlearning, instructor led learning, learning simulations, video learning etc.
Support the Culture and Change workstream of the Public Cloud migration and be well versed on training/learning stats
Proactively manage multiple projects, organize workflows and prioritize work assignments to meet or exceed deadlines.
Communicate with leadership, managers and learning participants to ensure maximum attendance levels and ROI while promoting a positive employee experience and culture of continuous learning
Partner with Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure accurate Statements of Work, and delivery of high-quality learning programs and supplier performance.
Manage the LMS, – ensuring seamless delivery, tracking and reporting through the LMS.
Track and manage Learning KPIs and identify areas of improvement and propose plans for improvement.
Other responsibilities and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or in a related field and 5 years of experience; or in lieu of Bachelors degree 9 years of experience
5 years of experience in Tech learning, learning & development, or a similar role
AWS, Cloud Technical Essentials knowledge
Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, eLearning content development tools and learning suppliers
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and proven track record on building relationships and influence at various levels in the organization
Action-oriented
Excellent prioritization and organization skills
Proven ability in working with contractors on big-scale learning projects

Masters degree preferred
Mastery of facilitation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and simplified manner

Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 – 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you dont meet the time in position or performance expectations).
