Construction Laborers / Technicians – Data Center Opportunities Available

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa (No travel required)

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 7:00 am – 4:00 pm / OT Available

Status: Can Start ASAP / Weekly Pay / $20 – $25 starting wage

Overview: Actively seeking skilled & motivated Construction Laborers / Technicians to join a long-term project working at Data Center in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves a diverse range of construction tasks, machine operation, and support in setting up server racks and trays. As a vital part of our operations, you will contribute to the establishment of cutting-edge infrastructure in a rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities:

Cable Management: Receive training in running and pulling cables through data halls, ensuring proper dressing and organization of cables into server racks.

Construction Tasks: Participate in various construction activities, including setting up server racks, trays, and other essential infrastructure.

Machine Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to assist with installation and labor tasks.

General Labor Support: Assist on-site with any labor-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Experience: Solid technical skills with prior experience in construction or related fields preferred.

Motivation: Strong desire for long-term growth within the company and the industry.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support fellow team members effectively.

Willingness to Learn: Open to training and developing new skills, particularly in cable management and construction techniques.
