About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking two Senior Analytic Community Consultants (Senior Business Execution Consultant).
The first role will work on several initiatives involving the analytic community, such as partnering with HR to migrate the Data & Analytics Academy to the new DevelopYou platform, serve a pivotal role in our annual D.A.T.A. Conference, and lead periodic events such as CoffeeWise.
The second role will bring process, risk, and controls experience to our Engage the Community process and serve as an SME for the process and the teams activities. This role may report to the Business Support Manager and share half of their time supporting the chief of staff for Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence Services.
Additionally, both roles may backup Lead BECs on various initiatives in our Analytics Community of Practice. You will be on a team that manages a broad range of initiatives with a wide variety of inputs and audiences. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including data, analytic, & technology leaders, is strongly desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ongoing management of multiple initiatives related to community leadership and governance
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive, self-driven deadlines
• Consult with partners across the company to ensure connectivity and manage response to high level change
• Lead the analytics community in the integration of programs and initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary
• Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives
• Evaluate current programs to aid in prioritizing new initiatives focused on gaining optimal results
The successful candidate is comfortable developing and implementing strategic perspectives, fostering innovative solutions, and communicating powerfully & prolifically–including ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to consider new perspectives and ways of doing things.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading or participating in events and activities for local networks, internal networks, professional organizations, online forums, campus recruitment or corporate alumni networks
4 years of meeting and event planning experience
Ability to influence, educate, and connect internal partners to technology, educational opportunities and sharing the value of collaborating in a digital Analytics Community (Social Media Influence)
Risk & Controls experience: Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process management
1 year of JIRA experience
Marketing Experience (Customer experience, Communications, Campaign development and Management, developing Engagement Metrics)
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint) skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time
