About the Role
We are seeking top-tier talent to further strengthen our capabilities. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to organize, implement, and oversee the collection of compliance materials required for provider membership in the group. The Compliance Manager will ensure that providers are operating their businesses in compliance with state regulation, insurance requirements, and will also manage the record of compliance documents that verifies provider compliance.
The Compliance Manager will also oversee the Credentialing team, managing tasks and processes and ensuring that credentialing and recredentialing are being completed in accordance with Delegated Credentialing requirements and according to onboarding timelines.
Finally, the Compliance Manager will assist the Business Relationship Manager in the management and processing of provider contract renewals, ensuring that providers are compliant with the requirements of their contract and renew according to contractual timelines.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the Credentialing team, organizing their processes, managing workflow, addressing outliers, and resetting priorities as needed.
Monitor performance of the Credentialing team in order to make improvements to processes, give feedback and training, and ensure that credentialing and recredentialing are completed in a timely manner.
Report progress of the Credentialing team and compliance processes to the Business Relationship Manager and to the Director of Operations.
Coordinate with the Business Relationship Manager on implementing and overseeing the required tasks of Delegated Credentialing.
Work with the Business Relationship Manager on expanding insurance contracts to new states.
Oversee the process of auditing and collecting provider business compliance materials, collaborating with Office Managers and other staff.
Maintain a running compliance audit for each provider. Organize and lead the annual master audit of provider compliance every July.
Collaborate with the Operations team on the development of compliance-tracking methods in Zoho.
Collaborate with Provider Account Managers to ensure compliance is completed accurately during the onboarding process.
Coordinate with Office Managers to train and educate staff on compliance requirements.
Represent the company in communication with insurance representatives, ensuring a positive business relationship and timely credentialing of new providers.
Manage escalated provider relations conversations in regard to credentialing and insurance paneling.
Assist the Business Relationship Manager with monthly contract renewals, including sending offer emails, processing responses, writing contracts, and ensuring contracts are signed in a timely manner.
Create and implement a comprehensive HIPAA compliance and training program.
Assist with contract adjustments as a result of office space changes or transitions to or from telehealth-only contracts.
Report any escalations or negotiation conversations to the Business Relationship Manager.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
