We are seeking a Human Resources Product Manager to join our team in our team.
Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA)
Position Details:
The HR Product Manager serves as the liaison between the corporate HR Organization (HRO) and designated for-profit organizations (referred to as supported organizations). This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating workforce initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless communication, alignment and effective execution of workforce initiatives tailored to the unique needs of these organizations. This role collaborates and leverages corporate HRO expertise and strategies and collaborates on the design of initiatives to meet the specific needs of the designated businesses. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, HR program implementation, policy development and project management.
This position will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the HR Product Manager will effectively bridge the gap between a central/corporate HR office and the business units, ensuring that workforce initiatives and projects are successfully designed and implemented to meet stakeholder and corporate HRO needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as Liaison with Strong Communication Skills:
Act as the primary HR liaison between the corporate HRO and the designated for-profit organizations.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication regarding HR and workforce policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback from the supported organizations.
Ensure a coordinated approach between the designated organizations and all HR functional areas.
Lead Workforce Initiatives & Projects:
Lead the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of workforce initiatives and projects that align with for-profit organizational goals and the corporate HRO.
Collaborate and leverage SMEs from the corporate HRO to design and implement new HR programs, tools, and resources to the supported organizations.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives and coordinate required actions across the HRO.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with leadership teams at the supported organizations to understand their business model, workforce and strategic plan to support their unique HR needs and challenges.
Provide expert advice and support on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies are effectively implemented.
Assist organizations with identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
Support Change Management:
Support change management efforts related to HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and deliver training and communication plans to facilitate the adoption of new HR and workforce practices and processes.
Conduct Data Analysis & Leverage Reporting:
Collect and analyze workforce / HR data and metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the supported organizations.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the corporate HRO and business leaders, providing insights to guide decision-making.
Monitor the effectiveness of workforce initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively developed to meet the needs of the supported organization and are consistent with laws, regulations and reviewed by cor orate HRO.
Establish and maintain central policies repository for supported organizations.
Support the communication and training of policies.
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the supported organizations.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Address any HR compliance issues that arise, working closely with the corporate HRO and QCO to implement corrective action

REQUIREMENTS:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, organizational relations, or related field. Masters in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related field, with a focus on project management, strategy, workforce initiatives, and/or organizational development.
Strong understanding of the policy development process and workforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple organizations.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across disciplines.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
Project Management certification is a plus.
