Hard Skills
Maintain production equipment to maximize operating performance
Perform repairs on equipment to restore them to proper and safe work conditions
Perform installation, set up, modification, and relocation of equipment
Read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
Ensure the production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown or unsafe operating conditions
Follow LOCK OUT/ TAG OUT procedure on unsafe machines/machines being serviced
Adhere to work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance systems
Perform preventative/predictive maintenance to all production equipment
Complete electrical and mechanical projects based on direction given
Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components
Soft Skills
Demonstrate safe work practices
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Recommend measures to improve health and safety

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Burlington, Washington.
Work Environment
manufacturing – Very hot – machines generate a lot of heat, clean, steel toes required, no medical, no certs
