We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Lead who is not just proficient in conveyor systems but is also a maestro of electrical and mechanical systems. If you have a track record of excellence in industrial maintenance, particularly within food and beverage, distribution, or manufacturing sectors, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the maintenance team in all aspects of conveyor system repairs and maintenance.
– Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
– Mentor and manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
– Implement and oversee a comprehensive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
– Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performances.
– Apply your knowledge of photoeyes sensors and 3 phase motors to ensure optimal functionality.
– Utilize PLC experience to enhance system controls and processes when applicable.

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of leadership experience
– In-depth knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems with hands-on conveyor repair experience.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
– Familiarity with the intricacies of photoeyes sensors, 3 phase motors, and PLCs is highly desirable.
