Job Title: CQM/Project Manager

Job Description

As the Construction Quality/Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage construction projects to ensure their successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality construction projects that meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the organizations construction projects.

Hard Skills

A minimum of Five (5) years Federal construction management experience

Familiarity with Federal construction processes

OSHA 30-hour certification required with Construction Health & Safety Technician certification desired

Active CQM certificate required with demonstrable Quality Control Management experience required

Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 a plus

Ability to help with scheduling utilizing Primavera P6

4-year degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to mentor and train a team

Ability to produce high-quality work independently

Strong leadership capabilities

Work Environment

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing oversight on projects throughout Kings Bay Submarine Base in Kings Bay, GA.
