Job Overview:

Belcan is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer in Thomasville, GA. Manufacturing Engineers will assist in troubleshooting / problem solving and incorporate

solutions into existing Pursuit standard work. Belcan ME resources will collaborate closely with Pursuit

cross-functional teams (program management, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to translate technical

configuration into new work instructions and update existing work instructions and shop floor controls to

ensure team members can safely and correctly deliver conforming outputs on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Make recommendations to improve and streamline current legacy/NPI parts processes

Supplement existing Pursuit ME and QE team in executing daily tasks

Desired Skills:

Senior Level machining manufacturing and processing experience is required

Machine shop experience

Previous experience within the aerospace industry

Work instruction creation

New Product Introduction experience

Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $40.00-50.00 per hour.
