Rigid Tactical
Rigid Tactical is seeking a Senior Strategy, Plans & Policy Support Services/ Military Deception SME, to support a unique joint staff planning need focused on integrating and synchronizing Department of Defense (DoD) military activities with United States Government (USG) strategy. Services include developing inputs to strategies, campaign plans, and concepts of operation that ultimately translate strategic and operational objectives into a series of related activities and operations to achieve desired end states in coordination with other DoD components, USG agencies, allies, coalition members and regional partners.
Location: Tampa Florida
Security Clearance: TS SCI
Travel: CONUS and OCONUS
Qualifications/Education:
These positions shall be staffed by an individual with.
Graduate from the Defense MILDEC Training Course IAW the current CJCSI 3211.01;
Graduate of a Service or Joint level MILDEC training course IAW USCENCTOM R-525-3
Bachelors degree
5 years of MILDEC planning experience
3 years planning experience at a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters
Duties / Responsibilties:
Providing support in the drafting, approval, and execution of current MILDEC plansand orders to enhance operational success, reduce U.S. casualties, and prevent loss of equipment.
Providing subject matter expertise to USCENTCOM Component Commands for MILDEC planning with specific expertise in MILDEC plan coordination and plan de-confliction.
Providing expertise during the assessment of MILDEC operations based upon reviewing Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) defined in
MILDEC plans.
Providing support in coordinating with Counterintelligence assets.
Providing expertise in the synchronization of MILDEC planned and current operations, activities and investments with Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare,
operations security (OPSEC), and military information support operations in support of political and military objective
