Job Descriptions:
The Project Operations Manager is responsible for the management, coordination and execution of all projects sold by Patterson Pope for mobile shelving, stationary shelving, modular millwork, and other storage systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Ensures that all products are installed according to manufacturer’s written specifications
Educate, enforce and maintain company safety standards
Schedule and coordinate all product installations
Manage both internal and external labor, including hire and termination
Scout and review installation sites, prior to and during projects
Verify accuracy of installation measurements
Review and manage all inbound product deliveries, including receiving and delivery
Regularly communicate with customer, sales and vendors
Develops installation plans prior to dispatching installation teams to a job site.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget
O/E forms completed and returned
Complete payroll, and review, analyze and approve monthly bills for payment
Manage shortages, returns and expedited orders
Responsible for customer satisfaction on installation quality & staff professionalism
Obtain Customer sign off upon project completion.
Ensure data entry into computer systems is accurate and completed on time
Alert Accounting to bill completed projects
Ensuring staff is adhering to all company policies and procedures
Training and development of staff which includes timely completion of employee reviews
Communicate with and support the Service Operations Team
Other duties as assigned by management

Competent in the following software MS Office, Monday.com, SalesForce, Spacenet, Adobe, Company Cam, OnBase, GPS software etc.
Master Project Management protocols in Monday.com, train staff and elevate noncompliance issues.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver License from the United States of America
Supervisory Responsibilities: Will supervise the installation team.
Travel: Travel to client sites on a regular basis. Some out of town or overnight travel may be required.
