Strategize and implement initiatives to optimize business processes. As a member of the management team work to improve operational efficiency including employee productivity, budget spending and problem solving. In addition, work closely with customers both internally and externally to ensure that our service commitments are being met. Ensure that all production is completed within exceptional quality results.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience is required
8 years’ related experience including management
5 years’ experience in customer services
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication and organization skills
Skilled at creating original plans and goals
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Strong administrative, management and personnel recruitment skills
Adaptable to change
