Job Title: Donations Data Specialist
Job Description
– Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
– Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
– Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
– Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
– Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Hard Skills
Strong attention to detail
40 WPM (typing with two hands)
PC & Microsoft Office Skills

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Week(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Vienna, Virginia. Hours- 7am-3:30pm
Work Environment
The office is very conservative. Managers are not political and no one discusses political topics. It is business casual from Monday to Thursday; Friday is jeans day with a business casual top. No sneakers.
