Work youll do
Support the development of communications and training materials to help end users adopt new technologies and solutions
Liaise with government program managers and technical teams to develop materials that support new applications and platforms
Work with project team members to facilitate the timely flow of information in a highly technical IT environment
Use MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create impactful and visually compelling graphics
Create technical informational guides and training materials across multiple platforms

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organizations culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in communications, HR, instructional design, or a related discipline
3 years experience in corporate/ government training
3 years experience creating visuals, slide decks, and other communications materials
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
1 years of experience with technology adoption and/ or technology modernization
1 years of experience working within a DHS component or with Federal law enforcement
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83000 to $143000
