Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Working with the Employee Relations team to manage and organize all employee records. Responsibilities include building new files with HR documents and completing various phases: Phase 1 – Filing: Organizing all personnel information and records. Phase 2 – Categorizing: Putting files in different orders, grouping based on names, and creating the file. Phase 3 – Data Entry: Keying in personal information (name, employee ID, location, type of documents) and scanning documents into the digital system.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is 8:30am – 4:30pm EST with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
