DOCUMENT PROCESSING SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Document Processing Specialist to sort and scan all incoming mail. The mail clerk will file all documents for our Medicare outreach programs and retrieves such files, as necessary. Complies with postal requirements and operating procedures; works with postage equipment and postage-meter reserves. Also responsible for copying, faxing, miscellaneous filing and other general office duties. Conducts quality control of all outgoing work.
In this role, you should be diligent and reliable. You should have attention to detail, excellent literacy skills, and the ability to remain calm and productive when handling urgent mail or postage mistakes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sorting and distributing all incoming mail and interoffice mail. Collecting and mailing all daily packages.
Storage and retrieval of all files and data entry of action taken with such files into BeneLynks proprietary system.
Operate postage and scanning machine according to policy and regulations and maintain files, logs, and records on special mailing.
Provides general office support assists with large copy jobs, deliver supplies to departments when requested, basic computer work and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education – High School or General Education Degree.
Experience – a minimum of six (6) months of general clerical experience, knowledge of office equipment. Demonstrated application of data entry and related computer skills. Strong written, organization, customer service and multi-tasking skills required. PC literacy, attention to detail skills and a team mentality also required.
Language Skills – Strong verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is an on-site position at our Sunrise, Florida office.

$15.50 per hour
