Randstad is looking for a go-getter Office Admin for a Reputable company in the Commercial industry. The ideal candidate is a team player and is looking to grow in their role from a receptionist to an office administrator. This is a temp to hire opportunity with pay $20 /hr (based on experience). This is also a full time position with a 8am-5pm Monday to Friday schedule. Previous experience using Excel and QuickBooks is required.

Responsibilities

Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges

Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.

Directing visitors to the correct office

Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Experienced with QuickBooks and Excel for Administrative support
