We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with excellent customer service and data entry skills for our installation department in Lake Worth!
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Schedule installation and service appointments with homeowners based on crew and customer availability. Scheduling should also be based on the installation crews skill set.
Develop and maintain customer satisfaction by communicating with crew and customers—before, during, and after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction and a five-star review!
Continual update of job progress and customer communication into CRM.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Basic experience in construction, windows and/or doors is preferred
Highest level of customer service with enthusiasm and professional attitude.
Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
Must be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and expert data entry skills; experience with Salesforce is helpful.
