Siemens Government Technologies seeks an experienced Technical Data Administrator to provide support for the Electronic Security System ESS-VII and our UMCS V contracts for the technical data packages and deliverables of the design, engineering, procurement, installation, maintenance, and services at all U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) projects worldwide.

As the Technical Data Administrator your primary function will be to develop, deliver and track all the Technical Data Packages required under the ESS VII, and UMCSV task orders. You will also be required to be the customer interface for all technical data deliverables activities with the US Government Representatives. You will work closely with other SGT team members, including Site Superintendent, Project Mangers, Engineers and Program manager.

Responsibilities:

•Developing and assisting with Producing, reviewing, approving and submitting TDPI,TDPII, TDPIII, TDPIV, TDPV and TDPVI deliverables that include but not limited to the following:

o Site survey reports

o Technical Detail Matrixes

o Manufacturer Data Cut Sheets (MFD)

o Software Data

o System Description Analysis

o Contractors Field Test (CFT) Performance Verification Test (PVT) System Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures

o Training manuals & Student Handouts

o CFT/PVT/SAT Reports

o Operator and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals

o M&S Manuals

o Site Visit abbreviated Accident Prevention Plan (SVAAPP)

o Limited Scope abbreviated Accident Prevention Plan (LSAAPP)

o Accident Prevention Plan (APP)

o Shop drawings and As-built drawings

• Submit, track, and document all outgoing and incoming technical documentation, Grades, comments, Approvals and deliverables in RMS and SharePoint

•Developing, Creating, and maintaining a Library of data documents Soft and Hard copies per USACE requirements.

•Develop, produce, review, and submit a variety of written documents including memoranda, trip reports, telegraphic.

•Maintains liaison with customer representatives.

•Works with Project Engineers and Project Managers to resolve technical deliverables issues.

•Maintains close liaison with the USACE for all projects assigned and provides direct input to periodic status and scheduling reports as required

•Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.

Required Qualifications:

•Must reside in/near Huntsville, Alabama

•Minimum five (5) years of experience working with USACE Huntsville.

•Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Technical Data Administrator

•Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers work process

•Extensive knowledge and experience with USACE Huntsville TDP-I, TDP-II, TDP-III, TDP-IV TDP-V deliverables

•Good communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications:

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite

•Ability to learn SGT proprietary software tools

•Must be accountable and adaptable, with the ability to handle a frequent changing environment and take responsibility for ones work

•Ability to maintain and manage strong working relationship with current and prospective clients and within the Siemens organization.

•Must be proactive and the ability to take initiative when needed.

•Ability to think and solve problems on the spot

Security Clearance:

•Must be U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Clerance

•The salary range for this position is $61,900.00 to $83,500.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
