As a Senior Associate GDCM Sales Systems Projects, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Manager GDCM Sales Systems Projects, you will support projects including Delphi.fdc, Hilton Meeting Packages, CRS Availability, LightStay and Brand conversions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Organize and communicate implementation dates with hotels and above-property users
Generate property-specific and/or user-group implementation plans and documents in accordance with defined processes.
Work with project teams on sales-related integrations being deployed.
Identify risks or issues to the project to ensure success.
Supervise assigned contracting resources (1-2).
How you will collaborate with others:
Work with regional teams and vendors regularly on schedule, resources, and progress.
Attend weekly project calls and vendor meetings about projects and/or implementations.
Work with system support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
What projects you will take ownership of:
Manage Delphi.fdc implementations and related integrations in the Americas and EMEA.
Manage rollout of sales systems projects (i.e. Hilton Meeting Packages and CRS Availability) as assigned.
WHY YOULL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Two (2) years of work experience in Hotel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management or Training.
You have experience using Delphi.fdc, MeetingBroker, and GRO.
Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Experience with training/content development and brand conversions.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
