About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven Lead Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative and driving work forward. You will start with hands-on coding and execution, gradually earning thought leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate your expertise and progression. Key Responsibilities: Drive Projects Forward: Take the lead in driving projects to completion. Hands-On Coding and Execution: Begin with coding and executing tasks, transitioning into thought leadership as you progress. CDP Expertise: Handle complex tasks involving live media, LiveRamp, TDE, and paid media. AEP Implementation: Understand and implement AEP both upstream and downstream, ensuring its usefulness for the business. Think strategically about the big picture. Problem-Solving: Lead discussions by identifying problems and proposing solutions. Develop and execute on these solutions.

Massive adobe environment – expertise in AEP / AEM and the products that fall in those suites would also be good strengths
