Job Description
As a HVAC Technician, you will troubleshoot and solve various issues related to HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boilers, chillers, and control systems, including VRF systems. You will ensure customer satisfaction by following up for quality assurance and provide technical support to other Service Techs, assisting with technical questions and issues. Additionally, you will attend job site and office meetings as needed to address project-related issues. Your role requires dependability, particularly in emergency situations, along with the completion of other duties as assigned.
Hard Skills
3 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration
HVAC and brazing license
EPA or Universal Refrigerant handling
HVAC chiller and boiler certifications
KY Journeymen license (preferred)
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Soft Skills
Ability to handle emergency situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Preparedness and reliability
