Tissue Processing Technician

Currently hiring a long term opening in a Biomedical Manufacturing industry working with human tissues. This is in an entry-level role (no degree needed) and will be responsible for debriding, sizing, deblocking, and grafting of the tissues. Candidates must have consistent job experience and experience in manufacturing, medical/health care, or a fast paced work environment.

The openings are on a overnight shift and can include overtime.

Responsibilities:

Perform processing, debridement, packaging, labeling, and shipment of finished product.

Utilize special techniques, instrumentation and equipment to clean and size tissue to specifications and protocols.

Assist Team Lead with efforts in maintaining inventory levels on the core and dock for receiving supplies.

Perform lab cleaning activities as required by policies, protocols, procedures and SOPs.

Work with Quality and Regulatory staff to ensure compliance.

Correctly complete production documentation.

Assist with production records as needed.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Must have prior work experience in laboratory or medical environment.

A high school degree or GED is required for this position.

No college degree required as this is an Entry Level position, but an associates/ bachelors in science is preferred.
